• Invested in PetroChina. • However, we sold our stakes before there was any loss. • Again invested in BYD Company, a known battery maker.

Investment (Apr 2009 to Present) 16 Years & 1 Month
• The RJR Nabisco was taken over by Berkshire Hathaway due to its bright future prospects, but later it was dropped.

• The MidAmerican Energy Holding started several projects in California. • The company bought over a solar energy program as well. • Since the inception of the company, significant renewable energy work has been initiated.

I have been an active philanthropist for decades now. I openly announced donation of my wealth to different charities.I have donated 83% of my wealth to Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. There have been several causes that I have worked for. I have auctioned my car for the fundraising for Girls Inc. Other than causes, I have also donated my shares for charitable organizations and shelters.

I openly gave my opinion about Barack Obama Health Care and mentioned that I think it is insufficient to deal with health care expenses, however, I also showed my support for the step.
