Responsible for training technical support team and then equipping each member to learn from the experienced programmers. I hold programming contests within team to sharpen their sjkills and make them an energetic and fast team.
I also look after the network systems and software updates needed to ensure best service.
Took care of all the courier booking softwares and the hardware support as well. I looked after the Internet, LAN and all inter-office networks. Providing effective and timely solutions was the need to the job. It was my duty to keep my team prepared and motivated to work under stress.
