I was responsible for supervising human resource department to ensure that the employees were doing their best.

Contract job of hospital expansion and new wing construction. I was responsible for discussing the project expenditure with senior management. Arranging sponsors and donors was also part of my job.

I looked over the construction work and simultaneously looked for equipment, beds and fixtures for the site.

I was also responsible for looking after the labor cost and finding ways to minimize it while ensuring that construction work is not disturbed.

Worked in collaboration with the HR department and decided to launch pick and drop service for employees. Meanwhile, we downsized and ensured that each employee performed best.
