Responsible, pleasant and efficient dental receptionist with good knowledge of the profession as well as customer service skills. I have been a dental reception for a good time which has taught me the importance of dealing with patients with empathy, while being careful in recording details. My management skills have improved significantly and I feel that I can be in charge of a bigger set up and contribute positively.

Dental Recpetionist (Jun 2015 to Present) 8 Years & 10 Months
• I am in charge of the cash register and all payments that have to be made are recorded by me. • I also look after the appointment scheduling and doctor's personal commitments. • Looking after the reception area and serving the patients sitting there is also my duty. The tea and coffee bar is maintained by staff and it is my duty to see that cleanliness and regular service is maintained.

Dental Receptionist (Feb 2012 to Jun 2015) 3 Years & 4 Months
• Responsible for recording patients' history and updating information. I looked after the patients appointments and scheduling follow ups. • I was in charge of the staff supervision for cleaning and setting the reception. • In charge of scheduling appointments and also assisting the doctor with basic procedures was my duty. I was in charge of maintaining a record of the doctor's meetings and clinic payments and recievables.

• Responsible for scheduling appointments on telephone and visiting patients. • I also looked over the maintenance of patient records. All payemnts were handled by me and the cash recieved was handed over to the accountant every day before closing. • I was responsible for assisting patients in filling forms and understanding the doctor's visit timings and various procedures.
