• I book appointments of the telephone and solely run the audiology department equipment. It is my duty to receive payments and later submit to the accounts department.

• Responsible for testing children up to 10 years of age for hearing issues.
• It was my duty to check all patients at the department and discuss the reports with the doctor.
• use of the sound room and equipment was also my responsibility. I was in charge of the accounts. Handling payments of tests and credit card handling was part of my job.
