Am currently the assistant for Managing Director for Europe. Am responsible for creating a good and pleasant environment for the MD.
All meetings, appointments and scheduling for the MD is my responsibility. Greeting guests and business associates, serving them food or beverages is also a part of my duty.
I assisted the Head of Finance for the company. It was my responsibility to keep all financial records at hand. All files and folders were in my database and I had to provide whatever the executive officer required. Apart from this I scheduled meetings and prepared files needed for them.

Was hired as the assistant of Mr Sunday, the owner of the candy factory. I was responsible for greeting guests and visitors. It was my duty to ensure a beautiful meeting room and reception area.
Apart from scheduling meetings and recieving calls for Mr Sunday, I was also responsible for sending out the weekly dispatches of candy.
Was chosen executive assistant for Mr Sunday due to confidence and dedication. My university professor recommended my name to Mr Sunday.
