Providing assistance to guests of the Lotus Hotel for the past nine years. I am pleasant, kind and helpful. This job is not just my livelihood but also gives me a sense of humility and fulfillment.     I am also in charge of assisting customers with concierge, housekeeping or room service requests. I attend telephone calls and answer queries as well.
