Maintaining class discipline and intervention to improve student conduct is one of my duties at school. I am responsible for outlining the annual curriculum and then finishing it on time; ensuring maximum understanding of students.
Designing papers and tests is also my responsibility. Assigning research topics and holding presentations is also part of the curriculum. I look at personal reports and offer one on one coaching for students who need more time to understand the subject.

I was responsible for covering the course while keeping students engaged in discussions and study of reading material to understand the subject better.
Responsible for covering the annual curriculum with the class. I taught class eighth and ninth. It was challenging to keep the boys captivated during class and this was done by creating interesting activities.
Also responsible for looking for additional reading material which the boys could refer to for better understanding.
Won Best Teacher Award by outgoing class of 2012.
Was selected to teach Social Sciences to class 9 after the students gave a written request.
