I have been helping people find good houses and other property at good price in the Santa Clara County. Being a local, I can help clients find the most suitable location for both residential and commercial purposes. Responsible for sale of 20 houses and 56 offices during the five years of service. I have been a sought after leasing agent due to my communication skills and unbiased negotitation.

I have successfully gotten leases signed after negotitation so that both the parties are satisfied. I visit the property and after inspection of all aspects, I arrange meetings with clients.

I try to strike deals in which both the tenant/buyer and lanlord are content due to benefits. I also send out advertisements for porperties and arrange free tours for buyers so that they remain in touch with the leasing company and choose our services for purchases or rentals.

Responsible for attending phone calls and noting down what the customers are looking for. Lining up properties open for rentals according to client requests and scheduling meetings was part of my duty.
