I have been assisting clients in leasing all kinds of property. From the legal issues to negotiations with the owner, I exercise patience and personable disposition to reach an agreement.     My duty is also to ensure safe and secure transfer of money from tenant to landlord.

    Arranging visits of site to potential tenants, introducing the features of the house and convincing the customers to lease the property was my property.

    Checking all the properties on record was my duty. I had to take rounds, get the properties fixed and then offer the tenants and owners an estimated value. Reaching an agreement was also my duty.

    Prepared agreement papers for all properties enrolled at the agency. I was responsible for arranging meetings at the site.

    It was my responsibility to first visit the site and clear it of all the tests of documentation, ownership, condition and sale value.

    I was also looking after properties for rent.
