All the billing procedure is carried out in an organized manner and I record all updates in the individual record files of the patients. I ensure that all the corridors and hospital waiting areas are clean and hygienic. I handle patients if the nursing staff is busy. I also rcord the blood pressure, temperature, weight and patient history in case the nurse is not available.

Assistance in other clinical work such as wound dressing is also my duty.

I was also responsible for checking ID of the patients in order to decide the billing procedure. All civilian patients were to be charged differently therefore I had to remain alert and vigilant. It was my duty to supervise the cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure smooth medical procedures in the hospital.
