Telephone attending, filing and looking over the staff is my duty. Operating the fax, photocopier and scanner is also my job.
Keeping up to date attendance records of staff and scheduling appointments over the phone is part of my job. I look after the schedule of the senior management and remind them their appointments.
I was involved in official correspondence, such as delivering messages and posting typed news on the bulletin board. It was my duty to greet guests and visiotrs and usher them to the concerned person. I was in charge of attending phone calls and forwarding them to the right employee. Taking dictation of important news or information and typing it out to send to employees was my duty.
I also helped with the distribution of salary among the office cleaning staff members. Getting the reception cleaned and making sure the staff is on time and performing their duties properly was my job. Keeping record of documents and arranging them in a retrievale manner was part of my duties. I was in charge of looking after the reception area.
Responsible for being in the manager's office every morning and taking care of the official staff. I was responsible for assisting the office work and handling everyday cleaning staff supervision.
I was in charge of scheduling meetings on phone. Recieving calls and forwarding them to the right department was my duty.
Looking after the files and arranging them properly while ensuring that they were easily accessible, was my duty. Handling the messages and delivering them to the concerned person was also my duty. Typing out letters and getting them signed by the managers was my responsibility.
