Kevin Bailey Assistant Professor
An educationist with the approach of educating and not finishing curriculum only. I believe that all subjects knowledge begins outside books. Practical learning and discussions have always been the tools I use to teach. I wish to teach students at prestigious universities in order to be able to learn new things myself. These universities are trend setters and if they teach the way I have been doing, all other universities will follow. I am sure that I will prove to be a good change for many classes to come.

    I am responsible for setting the class curriculum for Post Graduate courses. The study design is then approved by the professor and I collect all references and citations needed for the lecture.

    Seminars and student conferences is my duty. I boost confidence of students and make them see their worth through motivational speaking sessions and seminars.

    Responsible for curriculum setting and exam-making. The professor of subject and I had to dcide the right path of educating students acoording to the class proficiency grade. Calculating class aptitude through comprehensive quizzes and discussions was also my duty.

    Tutoring and designing methods of practical learning was my duty. I had to ensure that every student was learning and nobody was left behind. I was also responsible for citing references in case the class discussion required it.
