Responsible for attending calls and taking details of the customer requests. I then visit the site or ask customers to bring their appliances to us.
All appliances are first checked for safety and then the defect is identified. I personally assess the work that has to be done and then inform the customer. I start the repair, replacement or service work only after the customer gives consent.
All kinds of appliances are dealt with and I have never missed a deadline in the seven years of work with Bolt.

I learnt a lot from this job as the home appliances shop dealt with all kinds of electronic equipment. I was in charge of following the jobs assigned to me by the chief technicians.
I repaired, replaced and serviced appliances of clients. Good customer service and a timely job was the priority of the shop.
I often visited offices and homes for service and repair. The appliances brought to the shop were also to be fixed and repaired upon instructions.
