Responsible for re-writing scripts and managing venue arrangements is my responsibility. Another aspect of my job is budgeting of shoots, staff wages and meal arrangements.
I look after the cast requirements and nsure that all cast and crew members fulfill their contracted time specifications.
I also look after the editing sessions and convey director's specific advise to the editing team.
Responsible for arranging script rehearsals and coordinating with the director in case extra sessions are required.
I was also responsible for making changes to the schedules or script according to the instructions of the director or producer. The crew and staff were supposed to be informed by me in case of any changes in their schedules.
The shooting and filming schedules, along with props and all matters related to production were overseen by me.
Responsible for booking locations for shoots and scheduling shooting time. Aligning crew, staff and cast members was also my duty. Apart from this, I was responsible for looking after all on-set needs like meals, make up coordinators and other small needs.
I was responsible for taking notes from director for the next shoot and preparing beforehand. I can say that I was the link between all crew members, cast members and staff.
I was also responsible for arranging bookings, assembling props and engaging designers for the production.
