Dedicated and hard working, my expertise is customer service with the most detailed and formal customer service and food experience. I have learned a lot so far but I wish to learn more, for which I need to face new work challenges and handle bigger number of customers. I wish to serve people with a smile. The Dining Room
Fine Dining Server (Feb 2013 to Present) 11 Years & 1 Month
• Responsible for greeting guests and seating them on a table. Taking coats from guests and placing them in the coat closet is also my duty. • I am responsible for telling the daily specials and ensuring that every personal specification was guests was followed. My responsibility includes the ambiance of the dining hall, clean tables, formal service and a warm greeting. • I am also looking after the seasonal specials and decoration of the dining hall in accordance.
Lord Wayne Dining Hall
Fine DIning Server (Apr 2009 to Jan 2013) 3 Years & 9 Months
• My responsibility was to greet guests and ensure that their food reaches the table as soon as it is set in plates and garnished. Checking garnish and presentation was also my duty. • The beverage bar and starters were servd promptly at each table. I was in charge of noting each guest's specifications for order and communicated it to the kitchen staff. • I was responsible for clearing the tables quickly and maintaining a proper dining hall.
Jacque's French Cuisine Experience
Fine Dining Server (Jan 1999 to Mar 2009) 10 Years & 2 Months
• Served customers with the finest of French Cuisine for a decade. I was responsible for efficiently clearing tables after customers leave. A clutter less dining hall was my responsibility. Ways to improve he ambiance by using decorations and French ornaments was also a part of my responsibility. • I was also in charge of keeping the gueridon clean so that the area looked organized and spacious. • My responsibilities included greeting guests and offering them the cheese and wine trolly while their order is being prepared.
